What You’ll Do

As an RBT at ABLE Kids, you’ll be hands-on in shaping meaningful progress for children ages 2–6 through Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy. Every day brings something new as you:

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy (behavioral interventions, play-based learning, self-help skills, and more!)

• Support children in mastering real-world skills—from communication to potty training

• Implement treatment plans designed by experienced BCBAs

• Partner with families to support progress at home

• Track data and celebrate big and small wins

• Keep our clinic fun, clean, and welcoming

What We’re Looking For

• High School Diploma or GED (some college a plus!)

• Reliable attendance and transportation

• RBT certified or ready to complete our company-paid training

• Compassion, patience, and enthusiasm for working with young children

• Willingness to complete CPR training and background check

 Pay & Perks

• Starting at $18/hour + raises every 6 months (first 2.5 years)

• Bonuses: $50 monthly for perfect attendance, $50 monthly for accurate documentation
