Housekeeper/Room Attendant

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Perform daily cleaning and sanitization of guest rooms and public areas according to hotel standards.
• Ensure all amenities and supplies in guest rooms are replenished.
• Pay meticulous attention to cleanliness and presentation, striving for impeccable standards.
• Report any maintenance issues, damages, or missing items to the appropriate department.
• Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner while maintaining a high level of customer service.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and ensure their satisfaction with housekeeping services.
• Work collaboratively with other housekeeping staff to ensure a seamless and efficient cleaning process.
• Communicate effectively with other departments to meet guest needs.

The hourly rate for this position is $18.50.
