Description: 

The Banquet Server is responsible for serving food and beverages to guests at banquet events. Their duties include greeting guests and taking their orders, bringing them the correct drinks and dishes and refilling their beverages and/or stations as needed. 

Previous bartending experience required.

• Assist with the complete setup and breakdown of the banquet area
• Relay food and beverage orders as needed
• Maintain a high level of cleanliness and awareness of sanitary practices
• Relay important information about orders, allergies and special requests to the appropriate person
• Ability to work a flexible schedule that will likely include evenings, weekends, and holidays

Rate of Pay: $5/hr service charge

Working Conditions: 

• Must be able to work in a variety of weather conditions (rain, wind, snow, heat);
• Must be able to repetitively lift, push, pull & carry up to 15 lbs., frequently up to 25 lbs. and occasionally up to 75 lbs.
• Must be able to twist, bend and squat frequently; kneel or crawl occasionally; climb stairs frequently
• Must be able to perform repetitive hand & arm movements, pushing and pulling and simple grasping frequently; squeezing, overhead reaching & fine manipulation occasionally.
