Expectations:

  • Complete all documentation in a timely manner (point-of-service SOAP notes).
  • Notify the Lead PT when resources, evaluations, or protocols need to be ordered.
  • Attend weekly staff meetings and contribute to collaborative care.
  • Provide scheduled treatment to assigned patients, including all tasks necessary for effective care.
  • Submit treatment charges before leaving the clinic each day.
  • Maintain a clean and organized therapy environment.
  • Communicate any clinical concerns to the Lead PT or Clinic Manager.
  • Participate in community outreach and SpOT Clinic social media initiatives.
  • Model and share The SpOT Clinic’s positive culture and core values with families and the community.
  • Promote open communication, accountability, and teamwork across the clinic.
  • Support clinic leadership, including the Lead PT, Clinic Manager, COO, CFO, and CEO.
  • Demonstrate reliability, professionalism, creativity, and problem-solving skills.



Qualifications: 

  • Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of Alabama.
  • Experience or strong interest in pediatric physical therapy.
  • Ability to integrate seamlessly into a collaborative and supportive work culture.
  • Passion for working with children and making a positive impact on their lives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
