St. Joseph's Additional Information: - Valid Minnesota elementary teaching license
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with students, parents, staff, administration and the general public;
- Knowledgeable regarding relevant learning technology and proficient in its use;
- Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing;
- Skilled in collaborating with classroom teachers and administration;
- Organized - documentation, paperwork, compliance activities;
- Experience and proficiency in the implementation of current best practices in instruction and learning;
- Ability to use the Resource Model and small group support as needed;
- Intercultural competence, including the ability to effectively teach students from diverse racial and cultural backgrounds;
- Ability to travel to a non-public school (or schools) within the ISD 197 boundary
- Experience tutoring students in a non-public elementary school setting
- Provide in-person instruction to individuals or small groups on student contact days at non-public elementary schools.
- Progress monitoring to guide instruction
- Documentation for Title I compliance
- Support St. Joseph's school
- Communicate with District 197 Title I staff and non-public staff (principal, teachers) about student progress.
