1st Shift: Monday to Thursday, 6AM - 3PM; Friday, 6AM - 10AM


Essential Functions:

  • Moderate understanding of programming and ability to troubleshoot
  • Advanced skillset of machine set-up
  • Advanced knowledge and implementation of good machining practices
  • Collaborate with programmers on set-ups
  • Filling criteria sheets/ Job Packet prior to moving on to next step
  • Must monitor performance to router set-up times; evaluate appropriately as standard expectations
  • Inspecting compliance to GDP requirements
  • Deburring/Polishing
  • Organized
  • Good housekeeping
  • Works with machine operators to ensure issues are communicated

Competency:

  • Must be able to read advanced level blueprints features
  • Must be able to use micrometers, dial calipers, and comparators
  • Advanced understanding of metrology reporting
  • Intermediate math, calculation, and related skills needed
  • Ability to comply with Quality System requirements
  • Must be respectful and display a positive attitude 


Educational Requirements: 

High School Diploma or GED preferred


Experience:

Minimum 3-5 years of Medical Device experience
