Metal Fabricator (Millwork mfg) - Full-time

What You’ll Do:

As a Metal Fabricator, you’ll report to the Metal Fabrication Department Manager and play a critical role in our day-to-day production. Your responsibilities will include:

• Fabrication Excellence: Execute precise cutting, milling, machining, welding, and polishing to create metal fixtures with exact final dimensions, meeting strict schedules and quality standards.
• Technical Expertise: Leverage in-depth knowledge of various metals, rod types, tools, and equipment to ensure superior finished products.
• Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve issues, adapt to guidance, and handle exceptions while maintaining workflow efficiency.
• Safety Leadership: Uphold a safe work environment by adhering to OSHA and company safety protocols, fostering a culture of safety.
• Collaboration: Work closely with team members across departments to address challenges and ensure seamless project execution.
• Quality Control: Inspect materials for defects and ensure all fabricated items meet or exceed expectations.
• Workspace Maintenance: Keep your work area clean and organized to support efficient operations.

• Note: This role requires significant skill, patience, and attention to detail. Candidates without hands-on experience in metal fabrication or a strong understanding of fabrication processes need not apply.
