Compensation: $25–$35/hour depending on experience 
Reports to: General Manager / Operations Lead 

 

 

About the Role 

We're hiring a Customer Success & QC Associate to be the go-to set of eyes across our properties. This is a boots-on-the-ground role focused on catching the little things before they become big problems. You’ll walk properties, flag issues, and communicate clearly with our clients using simple video walkthroughs and notes. You’re not fixing problems—you’re spotting them and helping us stay one step ahead. 

 

What You'll Be Doing 

  • Visit assigned properties regularly to check for service quality and small issues 
     
  • Record short video walk-throughs for clients (similar to a car dealership service review) 
     
  • Flag things like: 
     
  • Broken sprinkler heads 
     
  • Minor landscape or maintenance issues 

 

  • Improvement opportunities  
     
  • Send clean, digestible reports to homeowners or property managers 
     
  • Log issues and coordinate internally for resolution 
     
  • Work closely with field crews to ensure quality follow-through 
     
  • Act as a proactive liaison between our team and the client - no hard sales, just clear visibility

Bonus Points If You Have 

  • Experience in landscaping, maintenance, or property management 
     
  • A background in customer service, quality control, or inspections 
     
  • Reliable transportation and a clean driving record 

 

Schedule & Work Environment 

  • Full-time (M–F, flexible daytime hours) 
     
  • Mostly field-based, traveling between local properties 
     
  • Company phone and mileage reimbursement provided
