Applications are being accepted for Site Leaders and Activity Leaders in the Kids & Company After School Program for the 2025-2026 school year. Work hours are from 2:30 p.m. - 5:30 p.m. each school day.
Site Leaders: The hourly pay range is $14.74-$20.53. Requirements: (1) experience training and leading multiple staff members, (2) strong organizational & problem solving skills, and (3) flexible and positive attitude.
Activity Leaders: The hourly pay range is $14.29-$19.79. Requirements: (1) education courses related to school age development, (2) strong interpersonal skills, (3) ability to plan and lead developmentally appropriate activities for young children, and (4) positively guide and provide direction to other staff.
