    Job Overview:
    Haines Borough School District is seeking a passionate and creative Part-Time Elementary Music Teacher to join our dedicated team of educators. This position serves students in grades K–4 and is responsible for delivering engaging music instruction, fostering a love for music, and supporting student growth through performance and collaboration.

    Qualifications:
    • Alaska Type A Teaching Certificate preferred (or eligible to obtain)
    • Experience teaching music to elementary-aged students preferred
    • Strong classroom management and communication skills
    • Ability to design and deliver standards-based, developmentally appropriate music instruction
