Preferred Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of on-site construction experience preferred
• Experience using hand and power tools
• Willingness to travel up to 40% of the time (may be less depending on job locations)
• Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
• A valid driver's license
• High School graduate, GED or equivalent
• Must be able to follow directions from supervisors and demonstrate a positive attitude
  

Responsibilities:

• Clear and prepare site for construction
• Assist in building structures for tower sites
• Mix and pour concrete
• Unload and load materials for job site
• Dig trenches
• Follow safety measures for Civil Field work
• Other duties as assigned
