Job Summary

Maintain all facilities and ground equipment

 

Summary of Essential Job Functions

• Providing routine and non-routine maintenance to all facilities and ground equipment
• Maintaining a clean and professional looking environment throughout all designated properties

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Computer literate
• Knowledge of mechanical systems in commercial and non-commercial buildings
• Carpentry and welding skills
• Ability to run and maintain automotive, marine and heavy machinery

 

Physical Abilities Required

• Good organization and communication skills
• Ability to perform duties with minimal supervision
• Sound decision making
• Able to perform physical duties
