We are seeking a Utility person to join our service team. If you are highly motivated with a strong work ethic and want to kickstart your career in a high-volume environment, we’d love to meet you!

Your Role with Us:

• This position is responsible for general restaurant cleaning, sometimes assisting the dishwashers, and checking to make sure the restrooms are tidy and clean.
• Cleaning, Disinfecting, and Sanitizing high contact areas throughout the restaurant throughout the shift
• Supporting the front of the house team with sorting, polishing, and rolling up the silverware.
• Facilitating dining dish system, sorting dirty dishes as needed and working with porters as needed
• Ensuring Dish room cleanliness and organization as well as auditing silverware at end of the shift
• Setting up the support station and making sure the service station is stocked
• May manage the coffee station and making sure that it is always clean and stocked.
• Continuously remove garbage and recyclables from the restaurant.
• Restocking all glassware, silverware and dishware accordingly.
• End of the shift cleaning including chair and table sanitation, high dusting as needed, and patio/outdoor dining cleaning if applicable.
• Other duties as assigned by Manager.

We Are Looking for Candidates:

•  Ideally, with experience as a Dishwasher/Porter.
•  Who are able to follow health and safety procedures laid out by management, city, state and federal requirements.
•   Who are able to work in a fast-paced environment with speed and accuracy.
•   With open flexibility to work various shifts.

Compensation: $16 per hour
