Respite Provider - Part-time

Center for Human Development (CHD) is seeking a compassionate, dedicated, and enthusiastic Respite Provider to join our DESE program. Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (DESE) Program partners with families to create and coordinate supports within the family home. The ideal person for this position has experience in autism and a solid understanding of all aspects of patient home health care. Looking for a Respite Provider to perform a variety of duties to support families with children with severe autism by providing assistance with supervision, everyday living, activities, cooking, and transportation as needed.

Schedule: Friday 5pm-9pm and alternating Saturdays 3pm-8pm

Requirements:

• Valid drivers license with a reliable vehicle
• Must be 21 years of age
• High school diploma
