Your Responsibilities Will Include:

As a Blueline Security Officer, you will be crucial in maintaining safety and order. Your duties will include:

• Conducting thorough security patrols to deter unwanted behavior and ensure property protection.

• Observing and reporting incidents accurately and promptly.

• Maintaining detailed notes of events throughout your shift.

• Responding to emergency situations and contacting appropriate services when necessary.

• Addressing client staff's security needs with professionalism and efficiency.

• Collaborating effectively with our dispatch center to execute orders.

• Using our proprietary mobile application to clock in, clock out, and submit all reports.

What You'll Bring to Blueline:

We're looking for individuals who are not only skilled but also committed to making a difference.

• A valid security license in DC, Maryland, and/or Virginia (or the ability to obtain one).

• Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and Motor Vehicle Record check.

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to write clear and concise reports using a work phone.

• The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

• Open availability for various shifts and days, along with a willingness to work at different client locations.

• Adaptability and openness to learn new procedures and environments.

• A readiness to transition into a full-time schedule when opportunities arise.
