What You’ll Do

• Drive locally to customer homes and businesses in a fully equipped repair van
• Deliver exceptional customer support and create an amazing service experience
• Promote device protection plans and upsell services to meet customer needs
• Diagnose and repair smartphones, tablets, and other devices (no prior repair experience needed — we’ll train you!)
• Achieve sales and performance goals while earning uncapped commission

What You’ll Bring

• Proven experience in sales, customer service, or customer support
• Ability to connect with customers, understand their needs, and recommend solutions
• Great communication and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working independently and managing your own schedule
