Stetson Ranch has an immediate opening for a Residential Counselor in our Residential Treatment Program serving youth ages 10– 20. 

Residential Counselors are responsible for day to day operations including: maintaining a safe and supportive environment for participants, supervision of residents, crisis intervention, case management/advocacy and all related documentation.

A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services or a related field is preferred; however, equivalent experience is also acceptable. Strong organization and communication skills are necessary; ability to assume and delegate responsibilities and exercise decision making is also required. The ideal candidate will be flexible, energetic and creative and have the desire to be part of a team of professionals.
