Key Responsibilities

  • Provide individualized, high-quality physical therapy treatments under the guidance of a licensed Physical Therapist.

  • Build lasting relationships with patients and referral sources to support clinic visibility and reputation.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications

  • Licensed (or license-eligible) Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of Oklahoma.
  • Strong clinical skills and a patient-first mindset.
  • Experience or interest in leadership, mentorship, or clinic development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • A desire to grow with a clinic and contribute to its long-term success.
