Responsibilities and requirements:

• First Priority: Make the resident's day comfortable and enjoyable!
• Must be on the MN Nursing Assistant Registry (if not, ask about opportunities for becoming registered - we will reimburse or pay for class if hired)
• Provide all personal cares for our residents in a safe, compassionate manner
• Assist with bathing, eating, grooming, ambulating and transferring
• Report all changes in condition to the nurse
