As an Landscape Maintenance Foreman at Trisler Landscape, you'll be entrusted with a range of critical responsibilities that drive our company’s reputation and success:

• Property Leadership: Take charge of all properties from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. Your leadership will be critical in overseeing the day-to-day operations on your routes.
• Crew Management: Supervise and motivate a team of dedicated landscape technicians. Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to ensure high-quality workmanship and safety compliance.
• Quality Control: Uphold our company's reputation for excellence by maintaining the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship on all properties. Perform inspections and quality checks regularly.
• Materials and Equipment Management: Efficiently manage and track project materials and equipment, ensuring their availability and proper use on-site.
• Client Communication: Maintain open and professional communication with clients, addressing any concerns or questions promptly and effectively.
• Safety: Prioritize safety on every job site, enforcing safety protocols and promoting a culture of safety awareness among the crew.
• Problem Solving: Identify and address any issues or obstacles that may arise during route execution, finding creative solutions to keep projects on track.
