Residential Supervisor - Full-time

• $22.00/hr 
• Full-time, including evenings and weekends 
• Supervise the assigned program and staff to ensure cleanliness of the home, scheduling and training of staff, and adherence to necessary regulatory guidelines.
• Transport and accompany individuals to appointments; follow up as necessary
• 1 year of experience as a supervisor or manager is preferred
• Job responsibilities include an on-call rotation during evenings and weekends.
• Provide ongoing direct care of individuals with intellectual disabilities and autism in a residential setting. This includes all aspects of personal care and safety
• Responsible to promote and support meaningful lifestyles of each individual.
• Basic computer skills required
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and at least 3 years of good driving experience with your license, and must meet our driver eligibility criteria
• Education requirements
  • A Master’s degree or above from an accredited college or university and work experience working directly with persons with an intellectual disability and/or autism is preferred; OR
  • A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university and 1 years work experience working directly with persons with an intellectual disability and/or autism; OR
  • An Associate’s degree, or 60 credit hours from an accredited college or university, and 2 years work experience working directly with persons with an intellectual disability and/or autism; OR
  • A high school diploma or General Education Development Certificate and 3 years work experience working directly with persons with an intellectual disability and/or autis

  • FLS (Front Line Supervisor) Certification:  Earn a $0.75/hour pay increase
