Security Guard Residential NY

Security USA, Inc, is a growing security company in the U.S. Our security personnel working days and nights in residential properties, commercial locations, non-profit organizations, government agencies and upscale retail in NJ and NY. We currently have immediate openings for high-end residential location in New York City.

The follwoing part-time shifts are available:

• Tuesday, Sat, Sun 3pm-11pm
• Friday & Saturday 11pm-7am
• Monday 7am-3pm

Shifts can be combined with other locations to create full-time positions. 

As a leading security officer in a residential building, your role will be to ensure the safety and satisfaction of the community by performing a range of essential tasks.

These include but are not limited to :

• Warmly greeting both incoming and outgoing tenants,
• Diligently monitoring the building and its surroundings through CCTV
• Ensuring that all guests and vendors adhere to the proper access control guidelines.
• Your duties will also involve securing the premises and offering security assistance whenever required
• Additionally, you will be responsible for providing incident reports and other necessary documentation to both building management and Security USA. 

• To be considered for this position, the following will be required

  • Valid NY State Security Guard License
  • 2 years of experience
  • Be physically capable of climbing stairs and patrolling
  • Must have high school diploma or equivalent
  • Must be Authorized to work in the US.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to write reports effectively, are essential.
  • Must be clean shaven
  • Must have positive and customer-oriented attitude.
  • Must be comfortable standing for long periods.
