Job Responsibilities:

1. Create & maintain a high visibility of business processes, and dependencies for a specific work stream

2. Capable of understanding, articulating and translating business requirements to system solution at a conceptual level (business to IT translation)

3. Conduct necessary requirements gathering and analysis leading to the delivery of the high level functional specifications

4. Experienced in Business Process Modelling using Mega

5. Anticipate & suggest organizational / process evolutions based on business requirements

6. Financial services and mortgage industry experience is a plus

7. Experience level: 8+ years
