What You’ll Do:
- Deliver high-quality nursing care with warmth and empathy
- Collaborate with RNs, LPNs, CNAs, therapists and other care team members
- Support residents in achieving their recovery goals
- As a Certified Nurse Aide (CNA), you will play a vital role in supporting our residents' daily needs and enhancing their quality of life. You will work directly under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) and will be responsible for providing personal care and assistance to residents in accordance with their care plans.

Qualifications
- Current certification as a Nurse Aide in the state of Washington.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in a long-term care or healthcare setting is a plus but not required.
- Compassionate and empathetic nature with a passion for helping others.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions from nursing staff.
- Must be able to pass a background check and meet all state requirements.
