Lift Operator - Full-time / Part-time

Responsibilities:

• Assist guests in loading and unloading from the lift
• Ensure the safety of guests at all times
• Conducts open and close inspections of the lift 
• Performs regular track maintenance
• Checks tickets and season passes for validity
• Checks for appropriate ski & snowboard equipment (ski brakes, leashes, safety straps & baskets on poles)
• Maintain loading area of the lifts
• Present oneself in a professional manner at all times
• Must be friendly and outgoing while presenting a courteous manner at all times
• Work with guests to ensure a positive and lifelong memory
• Assist with other duties as needed

Requirements

Qualifications:

• 16 years of age or older 
• Must have a heightened sense of safety and ability to react quickly to ensure policies and procedures are adhered to
• Must enjoy working outdoors
• Must have appropriate clothing for working in all weather conditions
• Must have excellent verbal communication and customer service skills

Hours:

• Hours of employment are dependent on business demands
• Must have weekend and evening availability and flexible weekday availability

Starting Rate: $15.50/hr.
