PARKING AMBASSADORS - Seasonal - Full-time / Part-time

Description

• Full time AND Part time seasonal positions available. Full-time 30-40 hours per week AND Part-time 16-29 hours per week; Typical schedule 9:00 am - 6:00 pm; must be available Friday, Saturday & Sunday.  Seasonal positions will end on or around October 31, 2025.
• Enforcement ambassadors provide customer service to residents, visitors and tourists for the Surf City area and provide information pertaining to parking regulations and are responsible for enforcing parking regulations via digital citations.

Requirements

• Include being able to work outdoors,
• Moderate levels of standing, walking and sitting while driving golf cart or other vehicle.
• Other skills required include
• visual acuity to operate vehicles/golf carts and to see information on iPhone screens regarding parking payments.
• Candidate must be able to handle high stress situations and to clearly express or exchange information pertaining to parking regulations verbally in an acceptable customer service level.
• Must have clean driving record as driving record and background check will be completed.
