About this Opportunity
The Parts Coordinator performs a wide range of duties that include managing inventory for offsite locations and providing support for the corporate parts team to keep our trucks moving.
This full-time position offers:

How you will contribute to the success of the team:
- Issue parts from inventory to work orders
- Process warranty cores for returns
- Maintain proper inventory of parts
- Manage cost control and warranty parts being recovered or returned
- Entering parts and parts charges in AS400
- Purchasing and Receiving stock orders into the parts system
- Processing invoices through the system using virtual imaging
- Responsible for various parts/warranty/invoicing reports
- Ship parts both internally and externally
- Conduct physical inventory on the 1st business day of each month
- Issue purchase orders to vendors
- Maintain and update multiple Excel spreadsheets
What makes you a strong candidate for this position:
- Knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint necessary
- Parts or inventory control experience would be preferred
- Must be able to multitask and prioritize to complete daily tasks and impromptu requests
- Experience in truck parts is preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively
