About Shift Coordinator

Dutch-X is looking for a Shift Coordinator/ Dispatcher to join our team. Since our Shift Coordinators play an integral role in our organization, we are seeking an individual with strong interpersonal and organizational skills who can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment to ensure success of our daily operations.

Here is a sampling of some of the responsibilities:

• Overseeing multiple Delivery Associates simultaneously and ensuring route completion 

• Maintaining accurate daily head-count report for Delivery Associates and ensure head-counts are consistent for each delivery window

• Tracking inventory daily

• Ability to organize and prioritize work with strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment 

• Proficient in identifying, analyzing, and resolving complex issues efficiently.

• Flexibility to meet operating needs of the company 

Qualifications

Ideal Candidates

• Thrive in a fast-paced environment 

• Respectively communicate with clients, team, and customers

• Prior Dispatching Experience (REQUIRED) 

• Associates Degree (preferred)

• High comfort level with computer systems (Word, Excel, etc.)
