Location: Little Falls, MN
Compensation: $17.58 – $20.91 per hour
Schedule: Schedule: 64 hours per pay period (variable schedule, including every other weekend); on-call one week at a time, from Tuesday through the following Tuesday, every other week.

About the Role
Little Falls Health Services is seeking a dependable and service-oriented Maintenance Aide to support the overall upkeep and safety of our facility. Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and basic repair tasks throughout the facility, including minor plumbing, carpentry, and electrical work as needed.
- Assist in responding to maintenance-related emergencies in a timely and safe manner.
- Maintain the exterior of the building, including mowing, landscaping, sidewalk snow removal, and salting during winter months.
- Conduct inspections of equipment and facility systems to identify and report issues or safety concerns.
- Ensure work areas are kept clean, organized, and free of safety hazards.
- Collaborate with other departments and team members to ensure maintenance needs are met without disrupting care operations.
- Follow all safety, infection control, and facility protocols in the execution of duties.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to lift, move, and carry up to 30 lbs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to work well as part of a team.
- Reliable and flexible, with the ability to work variable hours and occasional weekends as needed.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn facility-specific systems and protocols.
