About the Position: 

As a Cart Mechanic at Treetops Resort, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing many mechanical issues on electric and gasoline engine golf carts. To be successful in this role, you will be an organized professional who takes pride in their work, has a flexible schedule, able to work overtime as needed, and can perform various service duties as required. This is a full-time position, and transitions to the snow removal team during the winter months.  

Responsibilities: 

• Prepare and maintain equipment for daily use.

• Diagnose golf carts based on observational and mechanical testing as well as information provided by the pro-shop. 

• Communicate with the shop supervisor regarding estimates for all repairs and parts needed. 

• Test drive golf carts after repairs are complete to ensure mechanical soundness. 

• Keep accurate log of all equipment repairs, preventative maintenance, and maintain inventory of all replacement parts. 

• Maintain a safe, clean, and well-organized work area.

• More duties as required. 

Qualifications

Requirements: 

• Must be at least 21 years of age with a valid driver's license 

• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and evenings when required. 

• At least 1 year experience working in a similar position. 

• Excellent communication and organizational skills
