Recreation Worker (WIOA Adult)

*This is a Work Experience (work-based learning) position available through Workforce Solutions Coastal Bend.  All candidates will be considered after program eligibility is determined.

Position: FT/PT, 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday

DUTIES:

• Assist in enforce rules and regulations of recreational facilities to maintain discipline and ensure safety.
• Help organize, lead, and promote interest in recreational activities, such as arts, crafts, sports, games, camping, and hobbies.
• Assist in assessing the needs and interests of individuals and groups and plan activities accordingly, given the available equipment or facilities.
• Help manage the daily operations of recreational facilities.
• Assist in Administer firng to prescribed procedures and notify emergency medical personnel when necessary.
