About the Position:
As a Public Space Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring that all public areas of the resort are clean and maintained to provide a welcoming environment for our guests. This role requires an eye for detail, a commitment to cleanliness, and a passion for creating a positive guest experience.
Responsibilities:

Clean and maintain the resort's public areas, including lobbies, restrooms, hallways, and other common spaces.

Perform regular inspections to ensure all areas are clean and presentable.

Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries, providing excellent customer service.

Restock supplies in public restrooms and other designated areas.

Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate department.

Follow established cleaning procedures and use appropriate cleaning agents and equipment.

Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and resort policies.

Assist with special cleaning projects and deep cleaning tasks as needed.

Always maintain a professional and courteous demeanor.

Qualifications
Requirements:

Must be at least 21 years of age.

Must have a valid Michigan driver's license.

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.

Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
