About the Position: 

As a Public Space Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring that all public areas of the resort are clean and maintained to provide a welcoming environment for our guests. This role requires an eye for detail, a commitment to cleanliness, and a passion for creating a positive guest experience. 

Responsibilities: 

• Clean and maintain the resort's public areas, including lobbies, restrooms, hallways, and other common spaces. 

• Perform regular inspections to ensure all areas are clean and presentable. 

• Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries, providing excellent customer service. 

• Restock supplies in public restrooms and other designated areas. 

• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate department. 

• Follow established cleaning procedures and use appropriate cleaning agents and equipment. 

• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and resort policies. 

• Assist with special cleaning projects and deep cleaning tasks as needed. 

• Always maintain a professional and courteous demeanor. 

• More duties as required. 

Qualifications

Requirements: 

• Must be at least 21 years of age. 

• Must have a valid Michigan driver's license.  

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness. 

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 

• Excellent customer service and communication skills. 

• Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. 

• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
