Job Description:

Responsible for grooming the Nordic trails.

Responsibilities:

• Operate Grooming equipment to smooth out snow surface to provide quality skiing.
• Maintain snow surface in order to ensure snow quality throughout the ski season.
• Receive direction from the Nordic Director regarding the grooming log and shift.
• Perform daily inspections on equipment prior to use to ensure safe operation.
• Responsible for the safe operation of grooming equipment.
• Report any malfunctions immediately to the mechanic and director.
• Responsible for the competition of all training programs and adherence to Omni standards.

Qualifications:

• Must be comfortable operating machinery during extreme weather conditions on a variety of mountain terrain.
• Previous work with heavy machinery or trail grooming equipment preferred.
• Must be able to work evening hours.
