Substitute Paraeducator

QUALIFICATIONS:              

High School Diploma or equivalent

Ability to work effectively with students and staff

Ability to maintain confidentiality

Effective communication skills

Demonstrated aptitude for the work to be performed

Ability to deal with diverse audiences

Ability to work in a team setting and to promote collaboration

JOB GOAL:  To assist the teachers in providing a well organized, smoothly functioning school in which students can take full advantage of the instructional program and available resource materials.
