Position: Home Health Aide (HHA)

Location: Ultimate Care NY, Yonkers, New York

Job Schedule: Flexible shifts available, including full-time, part-time, and overnight options.

Compensation: Competitive hourly rates starting at $21.00 per hour.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to improve clients' quality of life.
• Monitor clients’ physical condition by checking vital signs and reporting any changes to the healthcare team.
• Help with light housekeeping duties to maintain a safe and clean environment.
• Accompany clients to medical appointments and engage in recreational activities.
• Document daily activities, observations, and client progress.
• Assist clients with mobility and physical therapy exercises as needed.
• Be attentive to clients' needs and preferences, fostering a supportive atmosphere.

Requirements

• Must possess a valid Home Health Aide (HHA) certification from a recognized program.

• Prior experience as a Home Health Aide or in a similar caregiving role is preferred.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Strong commitment to providing high-quality care with compassion and integrity.
