Live-In & Split-Shift (12 hour) Certified Home Health Aides (HHA's) and Personal Care Aides (PCAs) in Brooklyn Heights!

Ultimate Care is hiring immediately Split-Shift (12 hour) & Live-In HHA and PCA's throughout Brooklyn and surrounding areas!

Pay Rates: $19.10

What you'll be doing:

• Assist with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming) 
• Monitor and report vital signs to the supervising nurse 
• Provide emotional support and companionship 
• Perform light housekeeping tasks 
• Escort clients to medical appointments 
• Document activities and observations 

What we're looking for:

• Certified Home Health Aide (HHA) or Personal Care Aide (PCA) certificate 
• High school diploma or equivalent 
• Completed formal training program 
• Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail 
• Compassionate, independent, and able to maintain confidentiality

Requirements

• Certified HHA/PCA
• Willing to work with Bedbound/Hoyler lift
• Willing to work 12 hours 3-4 consecutive days including one weekend day
