Description
- Weekly Pay!!!!
- Built-in Overtime
- Strong customer service and service delivery orientation
- Answering incoming phone calls
- Daily professional and friendly interaction with drivers and visitors
- Maintain a solid level of communication with management
- Computer literate and must be able to work in a ‘fast paced’ environment
- Management of Access Control Procedures
- Ability to consistently follow company protocols and procedures
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively at various social levels and across diverse cultures
- Attention to detail
- Ability to take initiative and achieve results
- Handling and being exposed to sensitive and confidential information
- Required ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently
- Ability to work independent and at time with very minimal supervision
Requirements
- Must have a valid CA guard card license
- Must be able to stand or walk for long periods of time
- Must be able to multitask and work well under pressure
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Reliable Means of Transportation
- Driver License Preferred but not Mandatory (Some Positions require it)
- Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office
- Active listening skills
- Ability to assess and evaluate situations effectively
- Ability to identify escalating conditions and quickly mitigate same
Salary Description
$17.50 - $19.00 / hr
