Production Maintenance Technician

Flowly Solutions is hiring for an experienced maintenance technician for our logistics team.

For this position, you will be overseeing the maintenance and repair of the entire production facility. The job duties will range from repairing the facility to maintaining industrial machinery. Prior experience in production maintenance is required for you to be considered for this role. We are able to train on our specific procedures and machines. 

This role will require a full time, Monday through Friday schedule. You will not be required to work on the weekends. There may be occasional, optional overtime based on need.

We are a relocation business specializing in moving, assembling and repair. We offer a variety of other services as well.

Responsibilities:

• Following all safety and LOTO procedures at all times while working
• Completing scheduled and routine maintenance on machines and the facility
• Submitting and maintaining reports on all completed work orders
• Performing troubleshooting and repairing faulty machines such as conveyors, boilers, etc
• Disassembling and reassembling machines to complete repairs
• Following details blueprints and schematics to accurately complete work
• Working directly with the maintenance supervisor and your team members to finish projects
• Communicating with our vendors to orders parts and materials
• Assisting in other departments if it is required

Qualifications:

• Strong electrical and mechanical maintenance knowledge
• Prior experience working in a manufacturing environment
• Computer literacy and the ability to learn new software
• The ability to read and comprehend blueprints
• The ability to lift 40 pounds
• Reliable transportation to work
• No formal education is required
