Resident Care Manager/Infection Control Preventionist (RN/LPN) – Be the Guardian of Health!

License Required: RN or LPN (RN Preferred)
Experience: 3+ Years in Nursing (Preferred)| 1+ Year in Infection Prevention (Preferred)

What You’ll Do:

• Lead our Infection Control Committee and drive proactive prevention strategies
• Monitor, track, and analyze infection trends and outbreaks
• Educate staff on best practices and emerging infection risks
• Collaborate with local and state health agencies
• Ensure compliance with all infection control standards and regulations
• Be a key player in our Quality Assurance and Safety Committees
• Work cart shifts as needed
• Rotating on-call with other nurse management team members

What You Bring:

• RN or LPN license
• Certified Infection Control Nurse (preferred)
• CPR certified and current with CE requirements
• Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills
• A passion for education, prevention, and continuous improvement
