JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Penn State Berks Food Services is seeking an organized and motivated employees, dedicated to providing exceptional customer service. Hours are Saturday's 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and Sunday's 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., with a starting rate of $12.00/hour.
Job DutiesHandle credit or campus dining dollar transactions with customers.
Scan goods and collect payments.
Stock shelves, freezers, and coolers.
Ensure pricing is correct.
Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information.
Greet customers when entering or leaving establishment.
Maintain clean and tidy checkout areas.
Basic math knowledge.
Communication
Customer service
Efficiency
Attention to detail
Basic knowledge of point of sales system
