Home Health RN - Part-time

Description of the role:

We are seeking a dedicated Home Health RN to join our team at BrightStar Care of TX - Irving / Dallas Metro in Irving, Texas.

Responsibilities:

• Provide skilled nursing care to patients in a home setting
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician
• Assess patient's condition and implement appropriate nursing interventions
• Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure quality patient care

Requirements:

• Active RN license in the state of Texas
• Prior experience in home health or a similar setting preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
