Server-Clairemont (FT) - Full-time

About the role

Novellus Clairemont is seeking a personable full-time server to join our team. In this position, you will create a high-quality dining experience for residents. This includes assisting residents with questions and making their dining selections, as well as deliver their meals in a respectful, professional and caring manner.

Starting at $17.25/hour

What you'll do

• Greet tables promptly
• Answer questions about menu items
• Accurately take resident orders and relay them to the kitchen staff
• Facilitate filling drink orders with the bar
• Offer special assistance to patrons with specific needs
• Memorize the menu for on-demand recitation and questions about ingredients
• Operate the drink fountain and coffee station
• Closeout all checks at the end of every shift
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Requirements & Qualifications 

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• 1+ years wait staff experience preferred
• Basic math skills
• Willingness to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
• Ability to lift, balance and carry up to 25 pounds
• Prolonged periods of standing and walking
• Ability to thrive in an active, noisy, and demanding environment
