• Previous custodial experience preferred

Job Goal

To provide students with a safe, attractive, comfortable, clean, and efficient place to learn, play, and develop

Essential Functions

• Removes litter and wastepaper from classroom, offices, and grounds and deposits in provided receptacles
• Maintains carpet and other floor surfaces, washes windows, clean light fixtures, venetian blinds, walks, storage rooms, utility rooms, and restrooms
• Performs minor maintenance repairs to building and equipment
• Reports any needed repairs or malfunctions to maintenance for correction
• Attends professional development activities
• Performs other related duties as requested or assigned

Evaluation

Performance of this job will be evaluated in accordance with provisions of the Board’s policy on evaluation of personnel.
