Maintenance Leadperson - Full-time

Plant Electrician
Duties include but are not limited to: 

• Maintaining and cleaning of all MCC Panels , Junction boxes , and Breaker panels .
• Maintain plant lighting .Run conduit , pull wire , order , receive and keep electrical inventory .Have working knowledge of correct wire sizes for setting up motor runs and motor control .
• Must be in control of all outside electrical contractors making sure they are trained and obey  ADMS safety rules and regulations .
• Laying out of new projects and estimating costs and materials .
• Must have all of ADMs Electrical safety training , good attendance record , and be forklift qualified .
• Good organizational skills , works well with others , and attention to detail .
• Applicant cannot be afraid of heights .
• Must have knowledge of hand tools , power tools and all  instruments used in the electrical field.

Qualifications:  

• Good communication skills, attendance record, desire for advancement, and knowledge of plant operation.  
• Good organizational, attention to detail, computer and writing skills a plus.  
• Applicant must have a willingness to learn.  
• Must speak, read, write and understand English.
• Must have working  knowledge of control Voltage for 460 – 3 phase / 220 single phase / 110 single phase and low voltage DC power .
• Must be able to trouble shoot electrical problems on all plant equipment  and have working knowledge of Ammeter /Multimeter functions .
• Must be able to work on call back status.

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours.

The pay for this position is expected to be:
