Casual Substitute Bus Driver - Full-time / Part-time

SUMMARY:

To efficiently and safely transport students who participate in LISD Special Education or other programs in the absence of a regular bus driver.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

Required: 

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Safe driving record
• Continuing Education Card
• CPI Card
• Physical Card

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, and REGISTRATIONS REQUIRED

• Valid CDL with B, P, and S endorsements
• Michigan Department of Education School Bus Driver License

TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT

• As needed, due the absence or unavailability of regular bus drivers, no guarantee of assignment or any specific number of work hours.
• Maintains the right to accept or decline an invitation to drive each day
• Hourly, Non-Exempt
• Salary commensurate with experience
