Qualifications

• Minimum of 12 months of experience
• Meets or exceeds all conditions and abilities required in lower positions
• Able to communicate effectively verbally and in writing with customers, utility personnel, and Pannell Co. staff as needed
• Able to read a map and route crews to work site in the most efficient manner
• Assists in job training for less experienced employees in all lower positions
