GROUNDS SUPERVISOR - Full-time

Description

Job Purpose: Responsible for the landscape/ground maintenance of the property. 

Shift:  7:00am - 3:30pm
 
Job Responsibilities:

• Maintenance of grounds including tracking expenses, define irrigation schedule, define maintenance schedules, repairs, mowing, weeding, planting, fertilization and pesticide applications, etc. 
• Maintain records of all chemical applications. Communicate landscape status/goals to Director of Engineering. 
• Schedule landscape/grounds team member’s activities, conduct performance evaluations. Select, train, supervise, develop, discipline and counsel team members according to company policies and procedures. 
• Follow all safety procedures, policies and procedures.
• Ensure prompt and courteous service to all guests to ensure positive guest experience.

Qualifications

Education: High school diploma or equivalent highly preferred.

Experience: Minimum 1-year in a supervisory position.

Licenses/Certifications: Driver's license.
