BARBACKS PLAY A CRUCIAL ROLE IN THE “PARTY” WE THROW NIGHTLY AND THEREFORE THE WARM WELCOME MUST BE ADHERED TO, WHICH INCLUDES: SMILING, EYE CONTACT, GREAT MOOD & POSITIVE ENERGY.

DELIVERING CONSISTENT EXCEPTIONAL GUEST SERVICE THROUGH:

• PROVIDE WARM AND ATTENTIVE SERVICE THAT MAKES THE GUEST FEEL WELCOME AND BUILDS THEIR INTENT TO RETURN

• Assist Cocktail Hostesses and bartender with guest service, clean and reset table, stock service stations and bars, and maintain and clean dining area.

• Arrive on time dressed appropriately and set up station; stock all neccesary items.

• Check to make sure that guets have proper silverware and settings

• Assist servers by attending to all needs of guests during visit.
• Perform table maintenance and side work as necessary, helping to ensure a team atmosphere.
• Always be on the lookout for coasters, napkins, silverware, etc. that has fallen on the floor.
• Always clear to the RIGHT of guest.
• Respond appropriately to guests’ requests. Communicate guests’ requests to cocktail hostess as needed.
• Thank guests as they are leaving.
• Clean and break down station completely at end of night.

Qualifications

• No previous lounge experience required
• Have working knowledge of the predominant language(s) of our guests.
• Be able to lift, reach, bend and stoop.
• Must be able to read English, write, and count.
• Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 5 hours).
• Must be fast and agile.
