Pay Range: $18.75-$24.30/hr based on verifiable  direct care experience

This salary range reflects 20 years experience

Requirements:

Education/Experience/Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent
• A valid NYS license and clean driving record.
• Computer Skills: able to use email; google suite; database systems

Days & Hours: 

• Monday-Friday 
• 8:00 AM to 4:00PM

Who we are looking for:

We are looking for a direct support professional/driver to help promote independence and self-esteem to persons with disabilities in a Day hab program community based setting.

Summary:
Our Day Services program provides individuals the opportunity to participate in a variety of group activities throughout the day at a site or in the community.
 

Successful candidates will have: 

• The ability to interact with our individuals in a positive and encouraging way.
• A professional manner, patience, empathy and possess a strong desire to help others.
• An interest in taking an active role in by introducing individuals to community based and site-based activities that inspire growth.

• A valid NYS driver's license and ability to drive and driving record acceptable for agency insurance coverage are required.

• Daily access to a vehicle.

• Ability to pass SCIP/CPR 

• Ability to Lift 50 lbs
