Qualifications


Job Duties and Requirements include but are not limited to:

  • Build and maintain knowledge of product information, current service pricing, and dealership and manufacturer events and promotions
  • Utilize computer & phone skills within our dealership to increase service appointments, and customer retention
  • Handling large volume of inbound and outbound calls
  • Developing and mining customer opportunities
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Coachable
  • Regular and Reliable attendance and punctuality
  • Strong organization skills and motivation a must
  • Consistently maintaining daily, weekly, and monthly goals which correspond to the objectives of the dealer and your individual performance
  • Automotive experience is a HUGE Plus
